MV&F pays great attention to flow measurements and monitoring of other technological parameters. An example of a volumetric method for measuring compressed gas flow is the MV&F “smart cylinder bundle” equipped with an autonomous pressure telemetry system, which allows monitoring pressure and instantaneous gas flow by measuring the pressure drop rate over a given time interval.
This system collects data on the current pressure value in the cylinder bundle and transmits this information to the cloud storage via a built-in GSM modem. A recipient of the cloud storage data can easily estimate gas flow rate calculating the first derivative pressure function with the help of the pressure derivative method.
You can receive data from the cylinder bundle remotely via any device that provides Internet connectivity. The Internet of Things (Io T) allows you to solve many useful and practically important tasks. Io T could be ensuring commercial calculations or maintaining your industrial equipment in safe conditions. In case the pressure deviates from a set value, the telemetry system also allows customizing SMS alert notification to specified phone numbers.

We manufacture bundles of steel gas cylinders that suitable for different gases like oxygen, argon, nitrogen, air, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, helium. You can see some design options below.
Oxygen gas cylinder storage. Each bundle consists of four horizontal cylinders.

- Steel frames are hot-dip galvanized. Design of the bundles allows installing them one on top of another.

Reliability
Cylinder bundle racks are made in the form factor of a spatial frame that protects cylinders, manifold and fittings. The racks is hot-dip galvanizing for long-term protection against corrosion. The protective layer completely covers steel surface of the frame and protects it from corrosive influence of environment.

For the convenience of pressure monitoring, a pressure gauge can be added to the cylinder bundle, at customer request.

We always test our ready-to-use manifolds for hydraulic strength at a pressure of twice the working one.
Each cylinder bundle is tested for leaks under the working pressure. We always test for leakage all welds and detachable connections, using sniffer probe and helium-nitrogen mixture.
