Designed to heat air separation products (oxygen, nitrogen, and argon), carbon dioxide, and other industrial gases in the lines with high flow rates, the MV&F stationary heaters are available from 1 kW to 200 kW. They can provide heating temperature up to 400°С. Our standard devises should be plugged in the 380 V electric grid, they can operate at different values of allowable working pressure (1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 10, 15, 20, and 40 MPa), and have thermal insulating shells.
Explosion-proof enclosures and stepless adjustment of heating power are also available.
Compact low power electric heater

Our compact low power electric heater can be plugged in the general-purpose 220 V electric grid and connected to the system with the help of compression tube fittings (Ø - 6, 8,10,12,14,16, and 18 mm. Standard inch size fittings are also available). We offer low power heaters with different heating capabilities (75, 210, 420, 630, and 840 W) to compensate for the effects of gas composition and flow rate. Designed for heating air separation products (oxygen, nitrogen, and argon), carbon dioxide and other industrial gases, the low power heater can be installed after a cryogenic convertor or before a pressure controller to prevent its icing.
